Do you guarantee results?

We cannot guarantee hiring results—there are too many factors beyond our control—but we can guarantee your satisfaction with the work that we do for you. If at any time for up to 60 days following the completion of your resume you are not satisfied with your resume—for any reason—we will revise it or refund your money. Our singular concern is your complete satisfaction with our services.

Is the information that I provide to you confidential?

Absolutely. The information that you share with us will be held in the strictest confidence. We will never disclose personal information, work-related or background details, e-mail addresses or credit card information with anyone.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept certified checks and money orders.

How do you handle requests for service cancellations or fee refunds?

If for any reason you cancel or put the project on hold once work has begun, a cancellation fee may be applied. Fifty percent of the final fee will be collected if the project is cancelled or postponed for any reason before the first draft is completed. One hundred percent of the fee will be collected once the first draft has been completely written.

Do you meet with clients in person or do you handle all communications by phone or e-mail?

As part of our commitment to provide convenient, personalized service, we will, at your request, meet with you at your location or a mutually agreeable location through our Mobile Service* to complete and expedite the information gathering process, and to further discuss your resume, job search and related objectives with you.

Prior to meeting, we require that you provide us with necessary background information by completing our brief, straightforward Resume Worksheet. You can complete and send this to us using e-mail, fax or regular mail. Having this information to review beforehand will ensure that our meeting will be more effective and productive. With all or most of the details out of the way, we will be able to spend our time on higher level, strategic aspects that will improve your resume in more substantial ways and create more value for you in general.

What is your policy on rush requests?

Because we value quality more than speed, most projects will take several business days to complete. This is necessary to ensure the level of quality you expect. We pledge to complete your resume in a timely manner, subject to acts of God, mechanical failure, or other occurrences beyond the control of our company.
