Step #1 - Call for a free consultation to discuss updating or revamping your existing resume, creating a new resume, or to go over other services or options.
Step #2 - Place your order. After you have determined the service or services that you need and place your order, we will schedule your project and make arrangements to collect your payment.
Step #3 - Provide the necessary information. Before getting started with creating your resume and/or other documents, we will schedule an "uncovery" session in which we will interview you over the phone or in person to identify and gather all relevant information about your goals, skills and experiences.
Step #4 - Review your new document (or documents). At the end of your interview session, we will discuss with you a time frame for the prompt completion of your new resume, as well as other documents and/or services as applicable. Then, once you have received your document (or documents) and have finished your review, we will work with you in arranging a follow-up phone call to answer any questions and to make any changes that you have to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Also during this phase, we will proofread for spelling, grammar, punctuation and word choice, as well as other language/content elements. We will take the time to do the job right the first time to deliver the level of quality that you expect and need to compete in today's job market.
